NTSB Investigation Into Southwest Flight 345 Offers Additional Details to Hard Landing

I have a comprehensive update from the NTSB on Southwest Flight 345's "hard landing" last week.  After leaving Nashville Tennessee, the Boeing 737-700 landed "nose first" at LaGuardia resulting the nose gear suffering a catastrophic failure.  The passengers were jolted and bounced in their seats as evidenced by video from inside the plane.
